In accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation, the buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract concluded in the online store within 14 days without indicating any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day on which the buyer, or a third person indicated by the buyer who is not the carrier, has received the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller of their decision to withdraw from the purchase within the specified period by sending a clear statement to the email address info@aromasense.lv<\/a>. The buyer may use a notice in free form; the main requirement is that it is sent within 14 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After exercising the right of withdrawal, the buyer must return or hand over the goods to the seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day the withdrawal notice was sent. The return deadline is considered met if the item has been sent back before the end of the 14-day period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, unless stated otherwise. If the seller has not clearly informed the buyer before the purchase about the obligation to cover the return costs, the buyer cannot be required to pay these costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The seller refunds the payments received from the buyer without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day the buyer\u2019s withdrawal notice is received. The seller is entitled to withhold the refund until the returned item has been received or the buyer has provided proof of having sent the item back, whichever occurs first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the buyer has chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the seller\u2019s cheapest standard delivery option, the seller is not obliged to refund the difference in delivery costs. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the product may be used only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as it would be possible in a regular store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The buyer is liable for any decrease in the value of the goods if the goods have been used more than necessary for checking their nature and functioning. The item to be returned must be in complete set (all parts and accessories included).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If the product does not conform to the contract, is faulty or has a manufacturing defect, the consumer in the European Union is entitled to at least a 2-year legal guarantee, not 1 year. In such cases, the buyer may be entitled to request repair or replacement of the product, a price reduction, or a refund, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After receiving your request, we will inform you about the next steps in the resolution process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, mechanical damage, external factors or failure to follow the manufacturer\u2019s instructions.
