When buying a product in our Internet shop, choose the most convenient way for delivery:

  • Free delivery for orders over €50 in Latvia
  • “Omniva” parcel machine, Latvia – 3.50 Eur (1 – 2 working days)
  • “Omniva” courier, Latvia – 5 Eur
  • “Omniva” parcel machine, Lithuania – 9.50 Eur
  • “Omniva” parcel machine, Estonia9.50 Eur
  • International shipping – 20 Eur ( international deliveries take about 15 working days)

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. In case of questions, we will contact you by phone or e-mail.

The Distributor is not liable for damage  or delivery times caused by third party suppliers.

Warranty and Return Terms

The Distributor ensures Aroma Sense damaged exchange of goods or return of money within 12 months from the moment of purchase of the goods, showing the documents confirming the purchase and the original packaging of the goods.

According to the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the product purchased in online stores can be returned to the seller within 14 days from the date of purchase. In this case, please contact us and we will find the most convenient solution for you.

Remember! During the term of exercising the right of returning product, you have the right to use the product to the extent necessary for the inspection of the product (as much as it could be done before purchasing the product in a regular store).

Goods are not exchanged and money is not refunded in the following cases:

  • the product is damaged due to external factors, falls on the ground, etc .;
  • the terms of use, instructions attached to the packaging of the goods have not been complied with;
  • the defect occurred during transportation of the product.
  • the defect has occurred more than 12 months after the purchase of the product;
  • if the original packaging of the goods has not been preserved;
  • the warranty does not apply to shower replaceable parts aroma filters, microfiber filters and antibacterial beads;
