When purchasing a product in our online store, choose the delivery method that is most convenient for you:

  • Free delivery for orders over €50 within Latvia
  • “Omniva” parcel terminal, Latvia – EUR 3.50 (delivery within 1–2 working days)
  • “Omniva” courier, Latvia – EUR 5.00
  • “Omniva” parcel terminal, Lithuania – EUR 9.50
  • “Omniva” parcel terminal, Estonia – EUR 9.50
  • Within the European UnionEUR 20 (international delivery takes approximately 15 working days)
  • For delivery to other countries, please contact us before making a purchase at info@aromasense.lv

Delivery terms:

Product delivery is carried out using third-party service providers.

The distributor is not responsible for any damage or delivery delays that occur while the goods are in the care of third-party carriers.

Warranty and returns terms

All Aroma Sense shower heads purchased in our online store come with a 12‑month warranty, subject to presentation of proof of purchase and the product’s original packaging.

In accordance with Latvian law, goods purchased in our online store may be returned to the seller within 14 days from the date of purchase. In such cases, please contact us so that we can find the most convenient solution for you.

Please note: during the withdrawal period you may use the product only to the extent necessary to inspect it, in the same way as you could in a regular retail store before purchase.

Important: in case of product return, the delivery fee is non‑refundable and the customer bears all return shipping costs.

The product will not be replaced under the warranty in the following cases:

  • the product has been damaged due to external factors, such as being dropped or otherwise mishandled;
  • the product has been used contrary to the instructions and usage guidelines included with the packaging;
  • the defect occurred during transportation of the product;
  • the defect has occurred more than 12 months after the date of purchase;
  • if the product’s original packaging has not been retained;
  • the warranty does not apply to replaceable shower parts, including aroma filters, microfibre filters and antibacterial beads;
